Rami has 15 years experience in Usability engineering, interaction design and product management. As the Managing Director of Ergonaute Consulting, he works with his clients to create successful products that focus on user experience and user performance.

Rami has worked for many industries such as finance, health, telecommunication, software, government, not for profit, education and media.

Rami holds a Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, and a Masters degree of Engineering in Human Computer Interaction with a focus on task analysis modeling techniques and methodologies.
